Hi, I'm Lauren.

I'm a counsellor and sound healing practitioner offering holistic support for long term wellbeing.

I work with the understanding that no single approach suits everyone; therefore my work brings together counselling and sound healing to support you as a whole person.

I am predominately based in Leamington Spa, with occasional travel to Stratford Upon Avon and I also offer support online.

For counselling, I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.

For sound healing I hold a diploma recognised by The Complementary Medical Association.

I am fully insured, receive ongoing supervision and I'm committed to a welcoming, ethical practice.
